Hello from the Javits Center in New York!
Toy Fair we LOVE you! Thanks for a great day of letting me check out all the new toys out there and coming out soon!
A special shout out to Mom Select for being an amazing hostess with the mostess! Next year we’ll find a booth with a mahjong set 😜.
It was also wonderful seeing old friends and making new friends! I loved doing an Instagram Live from the Cepia booth to highlight this awesome toy coming out in the Fall! See it here:
Cool Finds At The 2025 Toy Fair!
Here are some of my Toy Fair highlights:
As you know I’m a sucker for a good photo op and Care Bears did amazing as usual. But a photo op AND a nostalgic toy? Basic Fun hit it out of the park.
I mean… they had me at a giant Batman carseat… We have their Superman booster seat for my youngest. I love this brand and how they create fun ways to keep kids safe.
These silent basketballs are all the rage right now. Silent when they bounce, not when your kids wreak havoc in your basement slam dunking against the door. But I’m just happy they’re taking a break from fighting to move their bodies!
These Magic Straws stole the show. They’re straws with little pellets of flavor in them that you stick in milk resulting in magic. They also have fruit infused ones for water. But the highlight of this booth was not the cool products but the AMAZING owner Dave! Plus look at that outfit, instant love.
Catan is the one board game I don’t have and the only one that I want. It’s award winning plaque is beckoning me….
Pretty much anything Exploding Kittens is a win at my house. As someone constantly playing basement closet Tetris with all of our games I love their new smaller packs. They’re also great card games for travel.
More Fun Things At The Toy Fair!
Choose Your Own Adventure books are my favorite books from childhood. Just seeing the art work and the books here brought back so many wonderful memories. These books had such an impact on my life and I still approach choices as choosing my own adventure.
As a pilates nube I was BEYOND excited to find these Precious Moments socks at a TOY FAIR! But what makes them fun? They’re scented! If you’ve dreamt of scratch and sniff feet then this is your moment!
As always, LEGO had a strong presence at Toy Fair and their booth was gorgeous! I loved all their beautiful flowers from their Botanical Line as well as all their cool new sets.
